TERMS OF SERVICE

1. PLATFORM OVERVIEW

Inside the Ring ("Platform") is a marketplace connecting independent creative freelancers ("Artists") with clients ("Customers") for on-demand services within the Berlin S-Bahn Ring zone. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not a party to the service contract between Artist and Customer.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Users must be at least 18 years old. Artists must be legally authorized to provide their services in Germany. All artists are vetted and approved by Inside the Ring before appearing on the platform.

3. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. A 15% platform commission is deducted from each booking (0% for the artist's first 5 bookings as a launch incentive). A €5 service fee is added to the customer's total. Guest checkout is available — no account required to book.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late changes may incur a 15% fee. Full cancellation more than 24 hours in advance receives a full refund. Late cancellations may forfeit the service fee.

5. REVIEWS

Both artists and customers may leave reviews after a completed booking. Reviews must be honest and respectful. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.

6. LIABILITY

Inside the Ring facilitates connections but is not responsible for the quality of services provided by independent artists. Artists are independent contractors, not employees of Inside the Ring.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by German law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
