2. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect personal data necessary to operate our marketplace: name, email address, phone number, service address (for bookings), payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details), and usage data (cookies, analytics).

3. PURPOSE & LEGAL BASIS

Data processing is based on: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for bookings and payments; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for platform security and fraud prevention; consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing communications.

4. DATA SHARING

We share data with: artists (limited to booking details), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (infrastructure), and authorities when legally required.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Contact privacy@insidethering.de.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are kept for 10 years per German tax law (§ 147 AO).

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used without your consent.
